I was diagnosed with Stage 1V breast cancer in 2006.When I retired in 2015, I decided to put together my reflections in the form of a book. I wanted to honour my parents and leave a legacy for my granddaughter. I believe in the power of gratitude ,prayer, modern medicine support of family and friends. I wanted to share my thinking, my emotions, my ability to handle a stage 1V diagnosis. I defied the odds and wanted to offer some ray of hope to people fighting similar battles.
