Home or Work Delivery

Home or work delivery orders are picked up by our couriers within 48 hours and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.

Pickup in Store

You can pick up your order at our store located at 6 Gaston Street, Lange Park, Chaguanas. Our regular opening hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Check our social media for any special schedules or events. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your items.

Free Delivery

Orders that qualify for free delivery and are placed before 10 AM on Tuesdays are typically packed and picked up by our couriers within 48 hours. Delivery is usually completed within 5 business days.

Important Note: Free delivery orders are packed only after 10 AM on Tuesdays. This means:

• If you place an order on any day other than Tuesday and choose free delivery, it will not be packed until the following Tuesday.
• For example, if you place an order on Thursday, it will be packed the next Tuesday, not immediately.

Possible Delays: While we strive to pack all free delivery orders on Tuesdays, there may be occasional delays. We will notify you if your order is affected.

Please plan accordingly to avoid any delays.
