Vendor Spot: The SQ Holiday Market

Join us as a vendor at The SQ Holiday Market, our annual Christmas Market! This year it will be on 6th December, 2025, from 1pm to 9pm. Our market is open to all local vendors including local authors and artisans. This is an outdoor market.

AUTHORS:

$250. author spot – includes access to shared tent space to display books and interact with attendees.

VENDOR:

$650. 10×10 tent vendor spot – includes 2 6ft tables, 4 chairs. Vendors are allowed to bring additional stands or tables as needed. Vendors are allowed to share their tent with other vendors of their choice and split between themselves.

$350. if you would like us to pair you with another vendor to share the 10×10 tent. You will have access to 1 6ft table and 2 chairs.

DEADLINE FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT: Monday 17th November 2025 

Notes:

• Vendor and author set up time is from 12pm.
• All vendors MUST walk with their own tablecloths.
• All vendors must have appropriate Christmas-themed decor at their booths and/or attire.
• Upon confirmation of payment, all vendors will be sent a follow up email with more details.
• No alcohol or pork-based products allowed on the compound.
• All vendors are encouraged to walk with plastic or other materials to cover and protect items should we have rainfall.
• Access to power supplies are limited to those vendors who require same for the functionality of their products / services. These requests must be emailed to us at your earliest convenience in order to be facilitated.
