Pixie Press TT and Scribbles and Quills Limited invite you to An Afternoon of Mindful Journaling — a gentle, reflective space designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and express your thoughts through writing.
Set in a calm, welcoming environment in Chaguanas, this session encourages intentional self-expression using simple journaling prompts and quiet mindfulness practices. Whether you’re new to journaling or returning to it, you’ll leave with practical tools to continue the habit in your daily life.
Participants are encouraged to walk with yoga mats, blankets, or anything that helps them feel comfortable and grounded. Wear relaxed clothing and come ready to unwind.
